INTERNATIONAL
Please contact us prior to purchase so we may provide shipping costs
to you. If you decide to purchase an artwork, you can then add the shipping
cost to cost for the artwork and send payment in full via our PayPal
link at the top right of every web page. Make sure to provide the artwork
title as well as indicate if you desire the print on Archival Paper
or on Canvas.
- Please note that any Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are
not included in the price of the shipping.
- These charges are normally collected by the freight/postal delivery
(shipping) company, or when you pick up the item. Please do not confuse
these charges as additional shipping charges.
- Once the item arrives at the destination country, these charges
are the customer’s responsibility.
- Prior to buying, please check with your country’s customs
to determine if there are additional costs.
- A full address and precise Postal/Zip Code must be provided for
delivery.
- No delivery will be made to a P.O.Box.
- In order to reduce the incidence of fraud, no delivery will be made
to an address other than that of the purchaser, unless indicated in
writing by the purchaser at the time of purchase.
- In these cases, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery that
is made to an address that is different from that of the purchaser,
since all deliveries require the purchaser’s signature.
All merchandise is carefully packaged and handled carefully to resist crushing during transport.
RETURNS
Criteria for returns are:
- Defective print
- Damaged package
In these two cases the item(s) will be replaced free of charge or a
refund given, provided that the item is returned within 30 days of the
shipping date. Please note that the payment for a country’s taxes
and customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client
and are non-refundable.
THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE MUST BE FOLLOWED TO EXPEDITE ALL
RETURNS:
- Inform me by Email of your intention and the reason for the return.
- Include copies of the invoice and the shipping documents of the
item.
- Wait for my written response.
- If possible, use the same carrier that made the original delivery,
covering all shipping and insurance fees.
- Forward package to the address provided in the written response.
- After receiving the merchandise and verifying the problem, if warranted
the customer will be refunded.
- Refunds will not include return shipping charges or any other associated
costs (i.e. customs fees) for re-importing if shipped from outside
of Canada.
